I'm Back! (Part 2)

Sorry for leaving you on such a hanger, I bet you were all just beside yourselves... Now I'm sure that towards the end of Part 1 there's a lot of misspellings/ retarded sentences, but I'm not going to change them ... just leave your judgment outside and sound things out if the word is unrecognizable...:) lolol

One thing that I forgot to tell you about Wed, is after our Deception Pass trip we went over to Issaquah to see The Village Theaters production of Aida. It was pretty good! I didn't realize my friend was playing the lead!

Her names Ryah Nixon ... She's kind of a big deal. What out for her she's quite talented!

Ok so were did I leave off yesterday? Oh that's right Friday Fireworks ... Oh This is exciting. Saturday we went to Seattle:)

We met up with my cousin's Amy and Erin for lunch, we got Tubs Gourmet Subs, the best sandwich place in America! Maybe even the world ... yep I said it! I love them! We got them to go and ate down at Gas Works Park

It's one of my favorite places in Seattle, you get the best view of the city! Just as a point of reference Gas Works is were they filmed the paint ball scene in 10 things I hate about you.

After, The best sandwich in the world, we hoped on the bridge and went down town...

Amy made us take this picture... lol so cheesy I know:) but downtown there's a bunch of real nice shopping! We just wandered a bit. Then we jumped on the monorail and went to the other side of town, to the City Center.

There's this huge fountain:

We thought it would be a really good idea to touch the dome...

We never made it... I got closer than Jonny but we didn't want to be soaking wet for the rest of the day.

Amy said that Jonny and I reeked of that water for the rest of day...lol I didn't smell it tho. You know... downtowns pretty touristy! They have all these things that you can take pictures with... of corse we did it!

Speaking of touristy, we wanted to go up in the Space Needle ... but the line was too long, we didn't have enough time. So we took so pics under it:

I know I look like a legal midget in those pics! We are standing on little balls and I was falling off, cause they didn't share:)

After that we did a couple of the little rides they have in the "Fun Forest" ... I think ... I don't really remember what it was called, but the rides are like 100 years old ... you definitely have to ride at you own risk!

It was fun tho... after that we went to Pike Place Market:) It's an open market that is over 100 years old. Here's a little history; In 1906 the price for Onions was jacked up do to high demand. Outraged Seattlights were not having it, so Thomas Revelle proposed that there be a "Public Market" were the citizens can purchase goods directly from the vendor, cutting out the middle man. On the 1st day it opened only 8 farmers showed up with produce while 10,000 eager buyers came hopping down the hill. Everything was gone by 11:00 AM:) Now about 10 million people a year come to enjoy the 9 acres that is Pike Place Market. (Are you impressed Stef?)

This little fish vendor has made a multi million dollar company out of the throwing fish... it's one of the mane attractions at Pike Place... Jonny got an amazing picture of them in the act:

I would like to draw attention to the lady that's crouched down in front... just scared for her life! wouldn't that be amazing if the fish hit her in the face... lololol ok I know that's rude!

And to made Pike Place even more amazing - it homes the to birth place to Starbucks!!! Yep here my friends is the original emblem to the empire that is Starbucks coffee:

Tities and all ... are you surprised they changed it? I'm not:)

Because you can't go to Pike Place and not come home with some amazing, fresh, way to expensive fish! Jonny and I had to pic some up. This man was very helpful in picking out the perfect salmon and crap leg for our BBQ that night.

$70 later we were set and on our way.

That night Charel, a good friend of the family had us over for dinner... we provided the fish she did everything ells ... we call her Martha, she makes Christmas tree butter molds for chrissake ... she's amazing! This is her and my mom:)

The company, food, everything was amazing! The hole week was amazing! Jonny and I did not want to leave!

In fact it was quite hard getting thru the show today! I had way too much fun on brake!

On our two flights back Jonny illegally took some photo's on the plane:

We just couldn't resist. Isn't it beautiful!? We actually had quite an eventful 1st flight... sitting next to us, in the flesh, was the teacher who had the affair with Dawson from Dawson's Creek. Yep we shared the same armrest! She was very nice, right now she's currently in Day's of Our Life's and she looks great!

So now I'm back on tour, Jonny's back in NY. We're in Jacksonville Florida right now... we'll be hopping around the south for a while. Just sweating our balls off! But I'm sure I will have a lot of pool pandemonium to report on ... lol

Love you all and I'll talk to you later:)

I'm Back! (Part 1)

I'm so sorry for the hiatus! Things have been busy, but good for you that means I have a lot to report on:) I know I haven't done NY yet but you're just going to have to wait cause wile it's fresh I was to do these last 2 weeks:)

Before our much needed week off, we did 7 shows in DC. Jonny came down since that's were his parents live. On our day off we went downtown with the intention of viewing Dorthy's Rubie Slippers... but there in storage right now cause The Museum of American History is being renovated. So for a second best we went to The Museum of just plain ol History. We saw the Hope Diamond (Quite surprising: It was not guarded at all, the only thing separating us from billions of dollars is a piece of glass. There much be some Harry Potter spell on it!) Then we hoped on over to the Butterfly house;

Aren't they gorgeous! They're were about 200 of them in the tiny little green house.

If Jonny and I were Butterflies this would be us...

I think I'm the cut up one of the right and he's the put together one on the Left:)

After that, we saw a riveting tale of life in 3D on I-Max called, Monsters of the Sea! We fell asleep! It was about the life of this dolphin like creature in the Era of the Dinosaurs, and finding there fossils today? I think? After the initial wow of the I-Max/3D the story became really boring... lololol

Later that week we had a family outing too;

I loved it... is that bad? I love how there's only like 5 lines in the show but you don't really care! The robots are quite entertaining... Jonny's parents fell asleep:)

To end our lovely time in DC we did another delightful sailing trip in Chesapeake Bay. This one was quite eventful, not only did we get to swim in the bay (the water was so warm it was amazing) but I almost died! Ok well, I didn't almost die, I almost lost my leg. Jonny and I were sun bathing on the front of the boat, just loving life. When they turned we didn't here them yell, whatever they yell. All the sudden the sail was right over us and my leg was caught in between two ropes... Jonny was just laughing he says all he herd was screaming and seeing my legs just flaying all over the place ... I probably would have laughed too if I saw it:) All is good I just have a little cut that's going away... It was so much fun thou, after that we had a BBQ in this beautiful section of the beach! Jonny and I might have taken a little too much to the wine;

Or maybe it was the sun... I don't know, aether or, we had a great time!

---

Now this brings us to our Seattle adventure:) Yep mom flew us home to spend some time with the fam! Jonny did amazing, he met pretty much everyone, and as to my knowledge they all loved him:)

On wed we went to Deception Pass, it's... well here:

This is the view from the top of Goose Rock... it's quite an ambitious hike, but clearly worth it!

It's one of my favorite places in Washington!

It was raining (are you surprised?) on Thursday so I took him up to Tacoma to meet my Nanny. It went very well, she's one of those old lady's who just says whatever she wants no matter what! I have many Nanny stories that are quite entertaining:) She asked Jonny and I both, 2 times each if we had girlfriends back in NY, haha we were like "No Nanny, New York girls are rude" :) lolol (Don't take offense friends, I'm sure you understand:)

Friday was "HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!!" We went up to my Grandpas house in Birch Bay (The last stop on I5 before Canada, I have many o time missed it and had to turn around at that stupid border) The thing that's crazy about BB is that, there's no drop off:

The tide goes out for like 2 miles ... that's my mom, Jonny, Autumn and Hersey out there.

After lunch we went to a friends house on Camino Island to say hi and then on the way home we stopped by the Indian reservation to pick up some illegal fire works. The guy gave us 50% off, said he didn't care cause he had to go to Rehab the next day... Needless to say we were grateful:)

We got a little restless with the put it in a bottle, light and run, the piro in us started to come out:) We lighted multiple ones at once to see what would happen, and then Autumn had the brilliant Idea to hold them as they went off, of course we did it!

Probably not the smartest thing... The first time Jonny did it he held it too low and it went right at the house at the end of the cultisack, we had quite a good laugh at that one! Luckily no one got hurt and nothing burned down:)

Ok so it's 2 in the AM and it's getting really hard to think! We'll have to brake this up in two.

Love you all! Talk to you soon. I'll try to do part 2 tomorrow.

Just a gay ol time:)

Recently I've just been having a gay ol time, in both senses of the word:)

When we were in Wallingford CT, the production team came and changed a bunch of things for Madison Square Garden. (We're played there last weekend:) The last scene in the show is completely different! We're in the dragon longer but on stage for about 1/4th of the time that we were before. we're just chillen behind a rock, center stage... not to happy about it - but what are you doing do! I think I've lost about 10 pounds just from sweating so much! It probably didn't help that the air conditioning in the theater was broken but still. Not safe!

Needing a brake, Walter, Laura and I went to NY to spend time with our BF's. I tried to surprise Jonny, but I did a horrible job of it. He figured it out, lol I wasn't even the slightest bit sneaky about it. I was like "Hey so what are you doing later?" "I think I might go see a movie" "Oh what time?" "7" (That's what time I was getting in) Not thinking I was like "No, I mean just, umm, call me if you go" lololol But never the less he was happy to see me. That night we went and saw:

On I-max... it was a lot of Panda, but I loved the movie. So funny, Jack Black's voice was perfect for the way the illustrated the Panda. Go see it!

The next day Jonny and I were like "what do you want to do?" "I dunno?" It being 1,000,000,000 degrees outside we decided we needed water. So on a wim we went to Fire Island:)

If you haven't herd of Fire Island it's strip of gorges land that's parallel to Long Island. It's divided into a couple sections, Pines - witch is the gay part, Chary Grove - for the lesbians and then supposedly there's a straight part but i don't know the name and I've never been there. They have huge houses with like 8-10 bedrooms that people do time shares at!

Now because it's a private beach anything goes ... some people were naked, some weren't. Most of the old over weight men were naked... lol

Because it was so last minute we didn't really plan our trip too well, we ended up having to wait an hour for the ferry.

You'll see the results of that later. But when we got there we went to this little shop on the Island to get some towels and new trunks... When we were trying on the suits we met this guy Dave... Apparently he's the "Best" massage therapist on the Island. He designated himself Jonny and I's personal dresser, telling us that we needed to get thong bikini's because we're young, "show off your youthful body now - when your old no ones going to want to look!" We were like thanks but we're going to go for the incredibly abrasively short, trunks instead:)

If you look closely that's Dave's Post Card that he posted all over the Island... lol

After 5 hours of amazing beach time, we were starving. There's only two restaurants on the Island, so our choices were limited. Luckily the food was great! After we ate we walked around, on our journey we ran into a couple of deer:

It was crazy we were like "come here little deery" joking of cores ... and it did! We didn't want to touch it for fear that the bad was just around the corner ready to attack ... could you imagine, lol went to Fire Island and got attacked by a deer.

Anyway, after the walk we enjoyed a gorges sunset:)

I love this pic:) The only thing bad about the improve day trip was that, when we were on our walk, although we had that great encounter with the deer we go attacked by mosquitoes... I'm not talking like a couple bites I'm talking 21 bites... 11 on my legs and 10 on my back and arms ... and that hour at the beginning of the day, when we were waiting for the ferry, this happened:

It was the 1 hour that I didn't put sunscreen on ... clearly a bad mistake on my part!!!

---

The next day Laura drove us back to meet the cast in Springfield Massachusetts... A ghetto city! I desperately needed to do laundry! The washers were full at the hotel so I got directions to a self serve mat, that was "7" blocks away. The guy lied - it was 15 blocks away and Closed! Pissed! And in the proses I had two allergy attacks! Picture it me walking around in the ghetto in my bright orange neon shirt, lugging my luggage, sneezing every two steps, saying profane words under my breath! I need to go to a doctor cause in the two days that were there I had 5 attacks!

But on the day off Sally, Anna and I went up to North Hampton Massachusetts, a very cute little gayberhood:) A lesbo friend of Sally's recommended it. We walked around enjoyed some really good Chinese food, some local marble slab Ice Cream:

Then we found an amazing knitting store. I got some stuff to make a "Go Green" Bag. Then we skipped on over to the fabric store were I picked out some fabric for some shorts, that sally is going to make for me:) I'll debut them when they're done:)

Right now we're in Elmira NY... Sally and I are going to have a Harry Potter marathon ... she has all 5 movies:) Anyway, I have a lot to report on about New York! I'm waiting for pictures... Stay tuned:)

Love you all! Talk to you later!

Love the Beach!

We had a day off when we were in North fork Virginia. So we went to Virginia Beach:)

Laura and I were walking down the beach, just enjoying a sensible conversation about how much we missed our significant others. When Steven, a beach photographers, pops up out of no were asking us if we want our pic taken (I'm thinking we do a quick pose, you know put your arm around each other, done and done we go on with our walk) So first it's low key, he's posing us like we're at a high school prom, displaying the corsage. Then he starts yelling at us to kiss!! We were like WHAT? He really thought that we were together! I couldn't do it - We were laughing so hard! So then, we're frazzled, people are starting to stare. All the sudden he tells Laura to get out of the pic and it's my solo time, he made me do the muscle man pose... you know arms up flexing, humiliated! Then it's Laura's time - now she loves that camera, most photographic person I know! He wouldn't let her pose herself, he's screaming put your arm down, put that arm down! Then he tells me to go back and lay next to Laura in the sand! (You know what els I love is that through all of this we never said no ... we did everything he told us, lol) Then all the sudden Laura is on top of me! I'm laying in the sand and Laura is ON TOP OF ME ... It was just too much! We lost the paper that he gave us with the address so we didn't know were to go to get the pics... but we sure did get a good laugh about it!!!!

After the impromptu photo shoot, I lost in a game of not it:

Yeah they thought it would be really funny to berry someone, I'm still finding sand in places I didn't think sand could get.

Once we were done with the beach, we went to get Tattoo's:)

Ok it's a henna, but it's supposed to last for 3 weeks. And it's not playboy bunny ears, it's a Pisces sign. It was kind of embarrassing, I couldn't put my shirt down, or sit for 3 hours cause the ink would crinkle:) lol wile we were waiting for the it to dry, we partook in an oxygen bar.

It didn't do anything, it was quite a waist of $15! It must have been bad oxygen... lol

So after that we did some good old fashion:

Oh yes we did put put...lol!

And just for your info I did win the game! Well... Kimberly and I tied actually:)

When we were done with our riveting game of Put Put we got some dinner and then went on a journey to find a haunted house. We found this instead:

Hahahaha Yep I know it's so cheesy, touristy, but it was really fun:) It ended up being an amazing day!

We didn't have to be at the theater until 5 the next day so I took the time to work on my tan by the hotel pool and run... now when I'm running I also think of it as a way to work on my tan. A friend of mine gave me some red running shorts that I thought would be a good idea to wear. Well the rout that I ran was right by a major road and a very busy museum. Now the shorts are extremely short... and I didn't have a shirt on, people were staring! Cars were honking! It was aether people thought I was devastatingly hansom or they hated my choice of running gear... lololol

---

So yesterday we did one show in Salem Virginia ... It was nothing but normal! We started our opening pep rally, I say "Lady's" and look down to a women breast feeding in the front row!!! I am not lying to you!!! Titty out baby having dinner I couldn't handle! And the baby must have been really hungry cause she did it for all of act 1!

So then we get to the "O the Things that Goblin has Grabbed" number and in the middle of the dance, the net of my basketball hoop gets caught in Laura's head piece! We try to get untangled witch just makes it worse, we almost pulled her head piece off... so we're not stuck. We finish the scene, run off together, now the net on my left arm is caught in the guitar that Laura has to pass off to Paul (the prob guy) not knowing I have everyone tangled in my net he grabs the guitar and it swings back and hits me right in the knee cap! It still hurts! Carma is rude! I don't know what I did wrong but she didn't like it:)

I love you all and will talk to you later:)

Boston Bummer!

Because we had rehearsals all day on Friday and then a 6 show weekend we didn't get much time to do anything in the city! On Saturday we went out for Alissa's going away dinner but that's it!

We arrived real early Friday morning ... every one went back to bed and I couldn't go back to sleep so I explored a little bit! Here's some pics of the park that I took!

There were kids everywhere! Like groups of 50-100 kids they're were probably 1,000 people in the "Boston Commons" I was like it's 8AM why are you awake?

I thought this church was cute, it's on the street that I'm going to live on one day... Newbury! It's a mix between 5th Ave. and the village! So cute i couldn't even handle it!

Newbury had this art gallery that i went into that had some original Andy Warhol's, The cheapest one was an 8 by 10 of some martini glasses, $13,000 I didn't even make that much last year. lol the most expensive went for $260,000, it was Marylin Monroe. It was funny she was like are you looking to expand on your Warhol collection? I said yeah the collection in my memory cause I'll never be able to afford these for real!

---

The theater was amazing, we played at the Colonial ... since we were there for so long we found out a lot about it! First of all the house was gorgeous! Unfortunatly I can't find a pic of the house at all! The theater has been open since the beginning of the earth basically! The first show that opened there was Ben Hur, with a cast of 360 people!

When building was bought there was this amazing marble table in it... so of course they kept it and it was an good choice ... this Very table to you see here:

Is the legendary table that Rogers and Hammerstein did all the final rewrites for, are you ready, OKLAHOMA... and later on, BOB FOSSE, during some meeting needed to show a tap thing for some show, so mine as well do it on the table... well he cracked it! Yep little careless isn't he:

First of all, how tragic is this, it's sitting in the Lady's Lounge... A table that has this much greatness deserves more, a museum, good lighting, something! We had music rehearsal in the there and the hole time I couldn't stop thinking about how R&H created a masterpiece, and we were touching up "Oh the things that Goblin has grabbed" ... it just didn't seem right ... I also couldn't stop touching it! I was hoping that some of it's creative juices would spill out onto me... lol I don't think it worked.

On the Sunday night show I got to go on as Pablo, it was really fun! I might get fired for doing this but oh well ... :) Watch at your own risk, I don't want to give anything away!

Stupid right lol! It was so sweet, Jonny's sister Andrea came to see the show. She was going to go with some friends of hers but due to a mix up in the ticket purchasing, she ended up seeing the show by herself. She said that the lady sitting next to her turned and said "So why are you here?" and she says "Because King Pablo is a friend of mine!" lolol that shut her up real quick! lol After the show we got a bite to eat! It was fun:)

I definitely need to go back! There's so much that I wanted to do and see but couldn't cause of the show... it's ok it's not like Boston's gonna go anywhere! lol

Love you all! Talk to you later!

Goodbye Alissa :(

Well kids - the time has come, aunty Alissa has left The Backyardigans Live National Tour... she's on to bigger and better things - passing her egg onto someone els with pride. She's going to do her dream show Chorus Line, so we can't really be mad at her:)

As you all know Alissa is my besty on tour. In every city we've had some sort of adventure. (it's been documented here on this very blog if you would like to catch up... lol) I actually have one thing that I haven't showed you guys yet; when we were in the Mall of America we got to ride some of the roller coasters for free...

lol there were too kids sitting across from us that were terrified of us... it was pretty funny!

Alissa's replacement is adorable, her name is Christie. She's great! Learned the show is two days and went on last night, she did really good!

So I think I was nice... but here are some funny pics that I found of Alissa;)

After going through my library of photographs I've realized that I have a lot of crazy Alissa pics so if you guys want more just send some comments and I'll do a round 2 :) ...

Well Alissa I already miss you and I love you! Everyone keep up with this girl, she's going to be a star some day! Her blog is Going Big Across America, I have it in my blogs to check out for when you want to do a check up:)
