My weekend with Jonny:)

So Jonny, being the amazing boyfriend that he is:) Came to visit when we were in Baltimore:) Since his family lives in Bethesda, it worked out perfectly he got to see me and his parents in one trip... kill two birds with one stone - right:)

We had the Friday off, as usual so Jonny, Alissa, Shawn and I went to the Aquarium ... apparently the Harbor is the only really good/safe thing to do in Baltimore, So we payed the $25 admission fee and did it...

Isn't that the ugliest fish you've ever seen? I tried to talk to them but they would never respond! The hole experience made me think of Finding Nemo and how crazy all of the tank fishes were ... wouldn't you go crazy if all did was swim in circles all day? We found Nemo on the set of his big feature film ... they were probably doing a photo shoot or something he was begging us to take his picture!

Look at him posing for us, they better pay him well:) We also found Dory's sister, Spamorny... she said that Dora is doing a lot better and is starting to remember her name! So things are looking up:)

Now some of the fishies we came across I found really captured the way I feel sometimes! like when I hear my alarm in the morning, or when I get into the dragon costume, I feel like this:

What we have next is our resident homo of the sea ... he's got so much pride his flag is waving 24-7 ... lol :)

And these two remind me of Jonny and I, there just swimming along enjoying each others company, probably talking about how hungry they are and need to go get some food before they get cranky:)

There was so much to see! Some of my top favorites were the Sloths, just so lazy - I'm jealous! The one thing that I was really disappointed about was, I didn't get to see any octopus, pangwins, or giant killer 50 foot long squid! (That one was at the top of the list! I was heartbroken!) They did, however, have some really big gators - this picture is amazing it looks like it was taken from the set of a movie, watch out Nemo you have some competition!

Isn't it a cool pic! Good job Jonny:) And of course what are we most afraid of when talking about open water? What can single handedly kill us with one effortless bite?

Let me tell you, these little guys are ferocious! Hahaha I'm kidding here he is, Mr. Bruce himself:

He asked us not to take pictures, but when I told him we were with the Backyardigans he got really excited and smiled for us...

After that adventure I went with Jonny back to his parents house and had a lovely dinner that his mom cooked. Then the next morning Jonny had an audition with the Kennedy Center at 8:30 in the morning, and I had to be in Baltimore at 9:00. So his mom took him to the audition leaving me with the Father... I was really nervous at first! But it turned out to be really good, Jonny's dad is a very accepting man, we had a great talk. Later that day Jonny saw the our 3rd show It was his first time seeing it and for some reason I was so nervous! I don't know why. But after that we went back to his parents house again and had some amazing sushi from the place down the street from them. It was the perfect end to a long day!

We had two days off in Albany, so instead of doing nothing up there, I went to the city to spend more time with my man:) Monday night, I think? Was the premier release of Madonna's new CD titled Hard Candy:

At the Virgin Mega Store in Time Square, they were having an even; at midnight they released the new CD. But starting at 9 was a competition to win tickets to her promo concert that was happening that Wednesday night... the first 100 people to sign up would get 30 seconds up on the stage, to proclaim there love for Madonna and why they feel they should get to go to the concert...

Sadly Jonny and I got there too late so he didn't get a chance to sign up. but we stayed to watch the festivities, witch turned out to be a very good choice! Some of these people were crazy!

They came from all over the world just to enter in this contest! Spent over a $1,000 to fly from England, Japan, Italy to plead for 30 seconds. The judges, being z list celebrities were so rude! All they were looking for were people to show they're skin, not give a sob story... they asked every person up there to take off they're clothes... they kept saying we want to see talent! Now I'm not a die hard Madonna fan, I love her music but I'm new to the hole scene. She's provocative and in your face, not a porn star! They needed to get some different judges that had a little heart!

At the end of the Comp... 20 minutes to midnight, they called up 5 people to Dance for 30 seconds and the audiences favorite would win a ticket! Jonny was picked, yes he was one of the 5, this was his big moment, he was going to win, dream come true, done and done! So they start playing the music he's dancing his little heart out, looked so good up there! But because he kept his clothes on he didn't win. This girl took her bra off and was dancing topless ... so of course she won the tickets:

She was so weird. They would have little 5 minute breaks during the comp and play a song from the new CD and every time, with out fail, she would jump up on stage and Act!!! I'm not kidding she was giving us music video! She randomly new every word to every song, just interpretive dancing by herself! It was hilarious, I couldn't handle it!

So now at this point Ashley (Jonny's best friend) joined us and all 3 of us are over it! We just want the clock to strike midnight so we can get the CD turn into a pumpkin and go home! They announce the rest of the winners, all people who did some sort of strip tease. It's finally midnight! They herd all of us outside to form a line and enter when told:

We're out there for about 3 minutes, when construction workers start using a jackhammer sidewalk next to us... we were like really, are you serious? Ok this is some big huge joke! Are we on candid camera? Ashley was hilarious she captured the moment quite well;

After waiting in line for about 25 minutes we realized that we haven't moved at all and people are leaving the store with copy's of Hard Candy in hand. So we acted like we owned the place and went to the second floor, bought the CD and were on our way...

This being my first Madonna album - I have to say I quite enjoy it! She's pretty fierce for being 50 years old! I mean can we talk about that album cover... :)

Love you all! Talk to you later:)
